    1. On page 1, line 11, strike "MAKING A TEMPORARY" and insert in lieu thereof "EXTENDING THE".

    2. On page 1, line 13, strike "PERMANENT".

    3. On page 2, line 5, remove the brackets and line-through, and strike "2021 A" and insert in lieu thereof "2031, a".
