AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR A HUMAN DONOR MILK BANK.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One million dollars ($1,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal years 2021 through 2025 for a human donor milk bank. No more than two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) may be expended in any one fiscal year. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2025 shall revert to the general fund.
