AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO TO SUPPORT THE HEALTH CARE WORK FORCE WORK GROUP.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred sixty thousand dollars ($260,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2020 and subsequent fiscal years for the health sciences center to support the health care work force work group. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund.
