SENATE BILL 338, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, before the period, insert "; EXPANDING THE SCOPE OF THE DEFINITIONS OF "SECONDHAND SMOKE" AND "SMOKING"".

     2. On page 5, line 18, strike "marijuana" and insert in lieu thereof "cannabis".

     3. On page 6, line 7, strike "marijuana" and insert in lieu thereof "cannabis".
