has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, after "CENTER", insert "; REMOVING A REQUIREMENT FOR TRAINING AND INSTRUCTION ON THE DISPOSITION OF DRIVING WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE CASES".

    2. On page 1, line 24, after "judges", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 25 in its entirety and on page 2, strike line 1 up to the period.
