    4. On page 1, line 22, strike "Beginning" and insert in lieu thereof "By" and strike "2020" and insert in lieu thereof "2021".

    5. On page 1, line 25, after "recipients", strike the remainder of the line and on page 2, strike line 1 up to the period.

    6. On page 3, line 25, strike "2019" and insert in lieu thereof "2020".

    7. On page 4, line 1, strike "medicaid".

    8. On page 4, line 3, strike "2019" and insert in lieu thereof "2020".

    9. On page 4, line 4, strike "medicaid".

    10. On page 4, line 20, strike "medicaid".

    11. On page 7, line 9, after "follows", insert "evidence-based or".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
