    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 274

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 10 and 11, strike Paragraph (3) in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new paragraph:

             "(3) at least one representative from an organization that advocates for palliative care.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
