SENATE BILL 264, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 14, lines 13 through 22, strike Section 12 in its entirety.

    2. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

    3. On page 15, line 11, strike "and 11 through 13" and insert in lieu thereof ", 11 and 12".

    4. On page 15, line 13, strike "14", and insert in lieu thereof "13".
