has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On pages 1 and 2, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

    2. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

    3. On pages 5 and 6, strike Subsection C in its entirety.

    4. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

    5. On page 6, line 9, after "The", insert "initial".

    6. On page 6, line 13, after the first occurrence of "the", insert "initial".

    7. On page 6, line 17, strike "depending on" and insert in lieu thereof "as new research and data become available or".

    8. On page 6, line 18, after "interactions", insert "arise".

    9. On page 6, line 24, after "undertaken", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 25, on page 7, strike lines 1 through 7 and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    10. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    11. On page 8, lines 16 and 17, strike the appropriation amount and insert in lieu thereof "One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)".

    12. On page 8, line 17, strike "general" and insert in lieu thereof "game protection".

    13. On page 8, line 24, strike "general" and insert in lieu thereof "game protection".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
