SENATE BILL 154

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 14, line 24, after the first occurrence of "the", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 25 and on page 15, strike line 1 and insert in lieu thereof the following:

"conditional agreement between the state agency and the buyer, trading partner or donee that specifies how the sale, trade or donation is to be conducted, to whom the property is to be sold, traded or donated and the purchase price, value of the trade or market value of the donation.".,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
