SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 55

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 25, strike "Section 30-6A-3" and insert in lieu thereof "Subsection D of Section 30-6A-3 or Section".

    2. On page 3, line 3, after "years", insert "; provided that this subsection shall not apply to violent first degree felonies or to Paragraph (1) of Subsection G of Section 30-9-11 NMSA 1978."
