SENATE BILL 38, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 23, strike "FINES" and insert in lieu thereof "PENALTIES".

    2. On page 5, line 13, strike "fine" and insert in lieu thereof "penalty".

    3. On page 5, line 14, strike "twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "one thousand dollars ($1,000) each".

    4. On page 5, line 19, after "order", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 20 and strike line 21 through "order".
