    1. On page 2, line 11, through page 3, line 17, strike Subsection A in its entirety.

    2. Reletter succeeding subsections accordingly.

    3. On page 5, line 2, after "harassment", strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
