SENATE BILL 20

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, lines 19 and 20, strike "means nonbinary" and insert in lieu thereof "refers to a gender other than male or female or an".

    2. On page 3, line 20, strike "or other" and insert in lieu thereof "gender".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
