has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 26, line 8, after the semicolon, insert "and".

     2. On page 26, line 18, strike "; and" and insert in lieu thereof a period and a closing quotation mark and strike lines 19 through 24 in their entirety.,

and thence referred to the TAXATION & REVENUE COMMITTEE.
