1. On page 1, line 21, strike "forty-nine" and insert in lieu thereof "twenty-four".
2. On page 2, line 8, strike "sixty-two" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty-seven".
3. On page 2, lines 20 and 21, strike "nine-tenths" and insert in lieu thereof "sixty-five hundredths".
4. On page 3, lines 5 and 6, strike "ten and five-hundredths" and insert in lieu thereof "nine and eight-tenths".
5. On page 3, lines 15 and 16, strike "ten and five- hundredths" and insert in lieu thereof "nine and eight-tenths".
6. On page 3, line 25, and page 4, line 1, strike "fifty-five hundredths" and insert in lieu thereof "three-tenths".
7. On page 4, line 11, strike "nine-tenths" and insert in lieu thereof "sixty-five hundredths".
8. On page 4, line 21, strike "nine-tenths" and insert in lieu thereof "sixty-five hundredths".
9. On page 5, line 7, strike "four-tenths" and insert in lieu thereof "fifteen-hundredths".
10. On page 5, line 18, strike "four-tenths" and insert in lieu thereof "fifteen-hundredths".
11. On page 6, line 4, strike "four-tenths" and insert in lieu thereof "fifteen-hundredths".
12. On page 6, line 14, strike "nine-tenths" and insert in lieu thereof "sixty-five hundredths".
13. On page 6, line 25, strike "four-tenths" and insert in lieu thereof "fifteen-hundredths".
14. On page 7, line 9, remove the brackets and line-through and strike "sixty-five" and on line 10, strike "twenty-two and fifteen-hundredths" and insert in lieu thereof "nine-tenths".
15. On page 7, line 20, remove the brackets and line-through and strike "sixty-five" and on line 21, strike "twenty-two and fifteen-hundredths" and insert in lieu thereof "nine-tenths".
16. On page 8, line 6, remove the brackets and line-through and strike "sixty-five" and on line 7, strike "twenty-two and fifteen-hundredths" and insert in lieu thereof "nine-tenths".
17. On page 8, lines 17 and 18, strike "fifty-five hundredths" and insert in lieu thereof "three-tenths".
