    Your LOCAL GOVERNMENT, LAND GRANTS & CULTURAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

 

HOUSE BILL 483

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

     1. On page 1, line 13, strike "PERSONS" and insert in lieu thereof "FAMILY MEMBERS".

 

     2. On page 4, line 5, strike "persons" and insert in lieu thereof "family members".

 

     3. On page 4, line 8, strike "person" and insert in lieu thereof "family member".

 

     4. On page 4, line 11, after the period, insert "The provisions of this subsection do not apply to rental property. As used in this subsection, "family member" means a person related by blood, common ancestry, marriage, guardianship or adoption.".,

 

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
