    1. On page 3, line 2, strike "it is the duty of".

    2. On page 3, line 3, strike "to" and insert in lieu thereof "shall".

    3. On page 3, line 5, after "located", insert "within fifteen days".

    4. On page 3, strike lines 8 and 9 in their entirety and strike line 10 through the period.
