has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 17, strike the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof a period.

     2. On page 1, strike lines 18 through 22 in their entirety.

     3. On page 20, strike Section 8 in its entirety.

     4. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
