    1. On page 1, line 25, strike "40" and insert in lieu thereof "39".

    2. On page 3, line 11, after "using", insert "volatile" and on lines 11 and 12, strike "other than vegetable glycerin".

    3. On page 10, line 17, strike "; except", strike lines 18 through 21 in their entirety and strike line 22 up to the period.

    4. On page 16, line 7, after the third occurrence of "safety", insert ", laboratory testing".

    12. On page 35, line 9, after the semicolon, insert "and".

    14. Reletter the succeeding subparagraph accordingly.

    15. On page 35, lines 14 and 15, strike "pseudomonas aeruginosa;" and strike "staphylococcus aureus" and insert in lieu thereof "E. coli; salmonella spp.; bile-tolerant gram-negative organisms".

    16. On page 35, line 21, strike "standard" and insert in lieu thereof "validated".

    17. On page 36, lines 11 and 12, strike "to cannabis retailers or cannabis microbusinesses".

    18. On page 36, line 16, strike the second occurrence of "and".

    19. On page 36, between lines 16 and 17, insert the following new paragraphs:

              "(4) ensure that testing samples are transported and stored in a manner that prevents degradation, contamination and tampering;

               (5) specify protocols for sample collection that ensure that representative samples have been taken and that require testing samples be collected by laboratory staff trained in sample collection; and".

    20. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.

    21. On page 40, line 15, after "child", insert "pursuant to Section 40-4-9 NMSA 1978, et seq".

    22. On pages 47 and 48, strike Section 30 in its entirety.

    23. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

    24. On page 57, line 2, strike "36" and insert in lieu thereof "35".

    25. On page 61, lines 16 and 17, strike "41 through 47" and insert in lieu thereof "40 through 46".

    26. On page 65, line 6, after "tax", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 7 in its entirety and strike line 8 up to the period. 

    27. On page 80, lines 21 through 23, strike Paragraph (3) in its entirety.

    28. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.,
