HOUSE BILL 341

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, lines 3 and 4, strike "A school district or state-chartered charter school" and insert in lieu thereof "An eligible entity".

     2. On page 5, lines 1 and 2, strike "school districts or state-chartered charter schools" and insert in lieu thereof "eligible entities".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
