HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE BILL 303

Amendment sponsored by Representative Kelly K. Fajardo

    1. On page 1, line 17, after "parents", insert "who are residents of the state".

    2. On page 1, line 18, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof:

"; provided that eligibility for free admission shall be contingent upon demonstration of proof of identity, residency and status as a foster parent or child in the custody of a foster parent, in accordance with rules of the:

         A. cultural affairs department, for free admission to state-owned museums; and

         B. energy, minerals and natural resources department, for free admission to state parks.".
