AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR BUSINESS INCUBATION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL PROGRAMS IN THE SOUTH VALLEY OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2020 to allow Bernalillo county to contract with a community organization to expand on business incubation and entrepreneurial programs in the Ranchos de Atrisco community of Bernalillo county and the southwest quadrant of Albuquerque. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2020 shall revert to the general fund.
