HOUSE BILL 291

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On pages 1 through 4, strike Section 1 in its entirety.

     2. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.  

     3. On page 9, line 15, strike "maximum" and insert in lieu thereof "the".

     4. On page 10, line 2, strike "minimum" and on line 3, strike "maximum".

     5. On page 10, line 4, after "savings", insert "and provide utility incentives based on savings achieved".

     6. On page 10, line 12, strike "maximum".

     7. On page 11, line 18, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

     8. On page 11, lines 19 through 22, strike the underscored language.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
