    Your APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 266

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, between lines 22 and 23, insert the following:

                "(2) the state engineer or the state engineer's designee;".

     2. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     3. On page 4, line 16, after "projects", insert "for the purpose of co-funding or leveraging funding for priority projects".
