HOUSE BILL 253

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, lines 16 and 17, strike the appropriation amount and insert in lieu thereof "Five million dollars ($5,000,000)".

     2. On page 1, line 25, strike "eleven" and insert in lieu thereof "eight".

     3. On page 2, line 7, strike "but shall" and insert in lieu thereof "and may".

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
