AN ACT
RELATING TO DRIVER’S LICENSES; REPEALING A SECTION OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE CODE THAT REQUIRES THE TAXATION AND REVENUE DEPARTMENT TO TAKE THE FINGERPRINTS OF APPLICANTS FOR DRIVING AUTHORIZATION CARDS AND CERTAIN APPLICANTS FOR IDENTIFICATION CARDS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
SECTION 1. REPEAL.--Section 66-5-15.2 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 2016, Chapter 79, Section 15) is repealed.
