    1. Strike House Consumer and Public Affairs Committee Amendments 5 and 10.

    2. On page 3, line 13, after "to", insert "have the kit tested within one hundred eighty days and have the right to".

    3. On page 4, line 9, strike "sixty" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred eighty".

    4. On page 4, line 19, strike "sixty" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred eighty".

    5. On page 6, line 24, strike "may" and insert in lieu thereof "shall" and on lines 24 and 25, strike "verbally or".
