has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, strike "ACQUIRING" and insert in lieu thereof "CONDEMNING".

     2. On page 5, line 5, strike "obtain or".

     3. On page 5, lines 6 and 7, strike "Rio Grande basin" and insert in lieu thereof "territory drained by the Rio Grande between the United States gaging station at Otowi bridge and the gaging station below Elephant Butte dam".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
