     1. On page 3, lines 23 and 24, strike "the national rural electric cooperative association,".

     2. On page 4, line 11, after "solutions", strike the comma and insert "and".

     3. On page 4, lines 12 and 13, strike "and the chief executive officer of the national rural electric cooperative association".
