    Your HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE MEMORIAL 4

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 11, after "GROUP", insert "BE

REESTABLISHED".

     2. On page 2, line 21, after the semicolon, insert "and".

     3. On page 2, between lines 21 and 22, insert the following

new paragraph:

    "WHEREAS, the reestablishment and continued work of the parental paid-leave working group would aid in the implementation of a paid-family-leave program;".

     4. On page 2, line 24, after "be", insert:

"reestablished, with representatives from all groups previously included in the parental paid-leave working group, plus representation from the New Mexico federation of labor and representation on behalf of small, medium and large businesses that represent the diverse business community; and

     BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the parental paid-leave working group be".

     5. On page 5, line 21, strike "and".

     6. On page 5, line 23, before the period, insert:

     "; and

                (20) the New Mexico federation of labor".
