AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO PURCHASE AN EASEMENT FOR STATE ROAD 369.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of transportation for expenditure in fiscal year 2019 to purchase a twenty-five-year easement for state road 369. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2019 shall revert to the general fund.
