HOUSE BILL 130

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 8, line 6, strike "eightieth and one hundred twentieth days" and insert in lieu thereof "second and third reporting dates".

     2. On page 10, line 7, strike "eightieth and one hundred twentieth days" and insert in lieu thereof "second and third reporting dates".

     3. On page 10, line 12, strike "eightieth and one hundred twentieth days" and insert in lieu thereof "second and third reporting dates".

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
