    1. On page 2, lines 4, 6 and 9, strike "general".

    2. On page 2, line 16, strike the comma, insert in lieu thereof a period and strike "and".

    3. On page 2, strike lines 17 through 19 and strike line 20 up to the closing quotation mark.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
