has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. Strike Senate Rules Committee Amendments 1 and 3.
2. On page 1, line 18, after the second occurrence of "six", insert "hundred".
3. On page 3, line 22, after "a", insert "state operated, privately operated or jointly operated".
4. On page 4, lines 5 through 7, strike Subsection B in its entirety.
5. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
6. On page 5, line 2, after the semicolon, insert "and".
7. On page 5, strike lines 7 through 9 in their entirety.
8. On page 6, line 12, strike "one member" and insert in lieu thereof "two members" and after "state's", insert "general".
9. On page 6, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following new subsection:
"P. two representatives of the financial services community appointed by the state treasurer; and".
10. On page 6, lines 21 and 22, strike "November 1, 2017" and insert in lieu thereof "July 1, 2018"..
