HOUSE JOINT MEMORIAL 12

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, between lines 7 and 8, insert:

     "WHEREAS, the higher education department has convened a statewide higher education strategic planning committee involving stakeholders from higher education, public education, the business community and the executive and legislative branches of state government; and".

     2. On page 3, line 9, after "department", insert ", through the statewide higher education strategic planning committee,".
