    2. On page 3, line 22, after "a", insert "state operated, privately operated or jointly operated".

    3. On page 4, lines 5 through 7, strike Subsection B in its entirety.

    4. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    5. On page 6, line 12, strike "one member" and insert in lieu thereof "two members" and after "state's" insert "general".

    6. On page 6, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following new subsection:

         "P. two representatives of the financial services community appointed by the state treasurer; and".
