has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 12, strike "ALTERNATIVE".

     2. On page 1, line 13, strike "DO NOT AFFECT" and insert in lieu thereof "PROTECT".

     3. On page 3, lines 6 and 7, strike "one of the most restrictive land management alternatives" and insert in lieu thereof "a land management alternative".

     4. On page 3, lines 9 and 10, strike "in some cases, these wilderness designations have affected" and insert in lieu thereof "due to access rules in wilderness areas, it is critical to protect".

     5. On page 4, line 3, strike "alternative" and strike the comma.

     6. On page 5, line 2, strike "alternative".
