has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO ENTER INTO" and insert in lieu thereof "PROVIDING FOR".

    2. On page 1, line 12, strike "WITH" and insert in lieu thereof "BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND".

    3. On page 2, line 1, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may".
