HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number __1__ to  SENATE BILL 303

Amendment sponsored by Representative James E. Smith

    1. On page 2, line 19, after "($25,000)", insert a closing bracket, insert "one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)" and remove the line through "for each violation for each day that the".

    2. On page 2, line 20, remove the line-through.

    3. On page 2, line 21, remove the line through "not exceed" and insert an opening bracket after "exceed".

    4. On page 2, line 21, after the closing bracket, strike "the amount" and insert in lieu thereof "one million dollars ($1,000,000)".

    5. On page 2, lines 22 and 23, strike the underscored language and on line 23, strike the comma.
