SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE BILL 275, as amended

    1. On page 13, line 6, after "of", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 7 in its entirety, strike "prison" on line 8 and insert in lieu thereof "a crime that substantially relates to the qualifications, functions or duties of a massage therapist".

    2. On page 17, line 2, after "of", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 3 in its entirety, strike "prison" on line 4 and insert in lieu thereof "a crime that substantially relates to the qualifications, functions or duties of a massage therapist".
