SENATE BILL 268, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Senate Conservation Committee amendment 1.

    2. On page 2, lines 16 and 17, strike ", unless otherwise prohibited by law" and insert in lieu thereof:

    "or the state game commission from carrying out the statutory authority as allowed by Chapter 17 NMSA 1978 in a non-coyote-killing contest setting".
