SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number 1  to   SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 262

    1. On page 5, line 25, insert a new Section to read:

    "SECTION 3. DELAYED REPEAL.--The provisions of this act are repealed effective July 1, 2020.".
