SENATE BILL 241

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 5, before "arts" insert "fine".

    2. On page 2, line 5, after "arts" strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof a semi-colon and strike the remainder of the line.

    3. On page 2, strike lines 6 and 7 in their entirety.

    4. On page 2, line 9, strike Section B in it entirety.

    5. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
