has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 8, strike "Indian" and insert in lieu thereof "Native American".

    2. On page 3, line 9, after "Mexico", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 10 through "pueblos".

    3. On page 14, lines 4 and 5, remove the brackets and line-through.

    4. On page 14, line 5, after "home", insert a comma.

    5. On page 30, line 2, strike "an".

    6. On page 35, line 25, strike "laws" and insert in lieu thereof "law".

    7. On page 46, line 21, after "has", insert a comma.

    8. On page 49, line 23, strike "an infectious form of" and insert in lieu thereof "active".

    9. On page 53, line 22, strike "the" and insert in lieu thereof "this".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
