SENATE BILL 216, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 19, after "that", insert a closing bracket and "and whether", and remove the line through "the inmate is able and".

     2. On page 2, line 20, remove the line-through and the closing bracket.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
