SENATE BILL 216

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 6, between lines 15 and 16, insert the following new section:

    "SECTION 2. APPLICABILITY.--The provisions of this act apply to a person incarcerated on or after the effective date of this act.".

    2. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
