has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, lines 4 through 6, remove the brackets and line-through and strike the underscored language and on line 5, after "services", insert a comma.

    2. On page 3, line 16, strike "four" and insert in lieu thereof "three".

    3. On page 8, line 23, after the comma, strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 24 and 25 in their entirety.

    4. On page 9, strike lines 1 through 4 in their entirety.

    5. On page 9, line 5, strike the paragraph designation "(2)".

    6. On page 9, line 6, strike the comma and after "appointed", insert "to the state early learning advisory council".

    7. On page 9, line 9, after "first", insert "is no longer a member of the council".

    8. On page 9, line 11, strike "two" and insert in lieu thereof "one".

    9. On page 9, line 11, strike "members" and insert in lieu thereof "member".

    10. On page 9, line 14, after the second occurrence of "the", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 15 through "members" and insert in lieu thereof "term of that member".

    11. On page 9, line 16, strike "the terms" and insert in lieu thereof "a term of that member".,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
