SENATE BILL 197

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 7, between lines 23 and 24, insert the following new section:

    "SECTION 7. REPEAL.--Section 21-21I-7 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1990 (1st S.S.), Chapter 8, Section 7, as amended) is repealed.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
