    Your HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 175, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 4, line 9, strike "and".

     2. On page 5, line 3, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

     3. On page 5, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following new paragraph:

                "(3) determine the target population of children and families that will be eligible for home visiting services provided under this section as available state and federal funding permit each year.",

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
